DREAM YOGA / Wednesday 930-1030pm CT

Lucid Dreaming has been practiced by numerous cultures from Tibetan Buddhists to the Toltecs of Mexico. Most recently this art has been refined in the West thanks to many scientific advances and discoveries. This class integrates the collective knowledge of these practices in a blend of gentle, restorative postures, pranayama, and guided meditations to promote sleep, inspire the imagination, and encourage lucid dreams. Have some extra pillows, blankets, and your Dream Journal. This class can be practiced directly from bed for a restorative night of sleep.
